You lead your team to top performance with passion and enthusiasm and pursue the achievement of common tasks and goals in a focused and motivated manner; in doing so, you actively fulfill your team lead role and promote cross-team collaboration
You create clear goals and KPIs for your team and ensure clean CRM pipeline management and operational excellence in the sales processes
You maintain relationships with key strategic partners, monitor daily interactions and look for opportunities to further deepen these relationships
You uncover new business opportunities with your assigned customers (e.g. E.ON,...) and take care of them
You work together with clients to identify opportunities for the XENON platform to achieve significant improvements with our clients' business strategy
You build trusting relationships with clients by understanding their business initiatives, challenges and goals
You deliver presentations to executives outlining opportunities, product solutions and business rationale to drive investment decisions
You lead contract negotiations with our clients to generate significant business value
This is how you and your application stand out
You have several years of experience in strategic customer contact roles, for example as Senior Account Executive, Business Development Manager or Senior Consultant and at least 1 year of this in a leadership role
You have extensive experience in sales functions and the market development of cloud and enterprise SaaS products
You are confident in dealing with executives and business partners at C-level and management level
Independent drive and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary role are a matter of course for you
Your strong communication skills, confident demeanor and solution-oriented hands-on thinking put others in the shade
You have a relevant network, especially in "classic industries" that are on their way to digitalization
You are willing to travel and are keen to represent gridX at trade fairs, conferences or other industry-specific events
You are fluent in German and English
