The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the company’s strategic direction, driving growth, and leading a high-performance team in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will balance visionary leadership with operational excellence, have deep understanding of AI technologies, and demonstrate success in scaling high-growth startups or technology organizations.

• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and strategic roadmap.
• Lead overall business operations, including product strategy, revenue growth, and performance management.
• Build and nurture a high-caliber executive team; foster a strong culture aligned with company values.
• Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and partner ecosystem growth.
• Represent the company with investors, partners, clients, and the media.

• Oversee financial performance, capital allocation, and fundraising efforts.

• Proven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior executive in technology or AI-focused companies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation platforms, and emerging technology trends.
• Demonstrated success leading remote teams and scaling companies in distributed environments.
• Excellent strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills.
• Track record of fundraising, investor relations, or capital strategy.
