Position: Android Developer
Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, staff, coordinate, and periodically review development programs.
Lead and take ownership of assigned tasks, fostering team collaboration across different sites.
Coordinate and actively participate in scrum teams, driving development initiatives.
Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
1-4 years of experience in Android application development.
Proficiency in Java or Kotlin for Android application development.
Familiarity with mobile application development tools (e.g., GIT, JIRA), testing, Agile/Kanban processes, and configuration management.
Strong project management and people management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willingness to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
