We’re looking for a senior Art Director (Design-focused) to lead and elevate the visual standard across our projects. While motion and interactive experience are valuable, this role is fundamentally about strong design leadership, visual systems, and creative direction.

As Art Director, you will own the visual direction across projects, from early conceptual thinking to final execution. You’ll set the creative bar, mentor designers, and ensure that every deliverable reflects clarity, consistency, and craft.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong design expertise, strategic thinking, and confident decision-making.
- Define and lead the visual design direction across projects
- Establish and maintain high standards for layout, typography, visual systems, and storytelling
- Review and approve key deliverables to ensure creative excellence and consistency
- Mentor and elevate designers across the team
- Translate complex scientific information into clear, visually engaging design
- Collaborate with medical writers, motion designers, and project managers
- Contribute to motion and interactive concepts when relevant

- 3+ years in Art Direction or Senior Design leadership
- Strong foundation in graphic design principles, typography, layout, and visual systems
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) and Figma
- Experience leading creative reviews and guiding design teams
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
- Confident client communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English; comfortable working remotely in international teams
