We are partnering with a leading telecommunications organization in Ireland to hire an experienced OSS Fulfillment Architect with deep expertise in provisioning and activation architecture across mobile, fixed, and enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Architecture Ownership
Lead E2E fulfilment architecture across IT and network domains
Define solution designs connecting CRM, order management, orchestration, inventory, activation platforms, and network elements
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
Provisioning & Activation Architecture

Design activation flows for mobile (SIM, 4G/5G, IMS/VoLTE), fixed (FTTC/FTTP, broadband, IPTV), and enterprise services (Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN)
Define service models, dependency logic, and orchestration sequences
Implement exception-handling frameworks to reduce order fallout
Fulfilment & Orchestration
Develop orchestration blueprints using OSM, Netcracker, Ericsson ENM workflows, TIBCO, or similar platforms
Utilize BPMN-based workflow engines (Camunda, JBPM)
Architect catalog-driven, reusable fulfilment flows
Integration & Governance

Design API integrations across order management, inventory, billing, activation, and assurance systems
Promote event-driven architecture patterns (e.g., Kafka)

Required Experience
12+ years in telecom OSS/fulfilment architecture
Strong hands-on experience in provisioning and activation
Deep understanding of orchestration platforms and telecom service modelling
Strong cross-domain communication and architecture governance capability
Work Authorization
