Account Executive (Business Development) - IT Services - CAYMAN ISLANDS!

* Relocate to live and work in sunny, TAX FREE Grand Cayman*

OTE in range of approx. £95,000k+ GBP equivalent - uncapped, with no tax deducted.

We are searching for a motivated sales professional with strong IT services sales background who would enjoy the chance to relocate to join an award-winning MSP and IT Consultancy based in the Cayman Islands.

This is a new business development focused role with emphasis on growing the IT services portfolio in Cayman and the broader surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable prospecting for new accounts, generating new business, upselling and cross-selling. Working alongside a proven team of local and expatriate staff, primary responsibility will be the acquisition and growth of new client accounts and selling a range of managed IT services and professional IT services.

We are looking for:

• Proven sales success while working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP), MSSP, IT Consultancy or VAR
• Proven background selling IT services including managed services and professional services
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry offerings such as Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace, Managed Security services, Managed Network services, Backup/Disaster Recovery, Help Desk and more
• Industry sales and/or technical certifications would be an advantage (such as Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, Fortinet, HPE, Dell, Aruba, Cisco, Nutanix

This is a full-time/employee, B2B outside sales role based in Grand Cayman. We are therefore looking for someone with interest and ability to relocate relatively easily for a minimum of 2-3+ years (plenty of opportunity to extend).

A competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and uncapped commission will reward the post holder for successful performance. The Cayman Islands are a tax-free jurisdiction!
