- Pay Rate: $95/hour (W-2)
- Duration: 6-month assignment (leave coverage)

The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior leaders shaping a global Product Management organization. You’ll help design and execute a forward-looking talent strategy that strengthens organizational effectiveness, evolves team collaboration, and builds high-performing product teams.
You’ll be part of a broader HR organization supporting Product, Engineering, and R&D, with the autonomy to influence strategy while staying close to the business.

- Partner with executive leaders to develop and execute proactive, business-aligned talent strategies.
- Identify organizational opportunities through consultative, data-driven discovery.
- Design and implement high-impact talent programs that scale with the business.
- Apply organizational effectiveness (OE) and organizational design (OD) practices to improve team performance and structure.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to maximize the impact of enterprise programs.
- Support strategic initiatives across product development teams.
- Leverage AI tools and modern HR technologies to accelerate insights and drive smarter decisions.
What You Bring
Required
- 14+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
- Deep understanding of product development organizations, including:
- Operating models
- Methodologies
- Roles and team structures
- Industry trends
- Proven track record delivering scalable, high-ROI, business-focused people programs.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for solving complex problems and driving measurable results.
