As a
Principal Product Manager in Connected Network, Zalando’s B2B Logistics unit developing fulfillment solutions recently launched under the ZEOS Logistics brand, you will be part of a team developing internal platform components and service enablement capabilities to deliver a seamless merchant experience. You will enable merchant and customer centricity by co-creating and championing our data and platform strategy. You empower merchants and internal teams to make data-driven decisions by democratizing data internally and enriching our reporting and insights capabilities. You will enable product teams to deliver fast and reliably, by identifying opportunities to build and deliver shared platform components.
Your immediate touchpoints are across the platform and partner experience area, from internal service enablement product teams (financial services, compliance, tax, revenue operations enablement), to merchant experience and multi-channel fulfillment capabilities teams. You will collaborate across Product, Operations and Commercial teams, external partners and internal stakeholders to define, build and enable our fulfillment offerings.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You’ll define a data strategy for fulfillment offerings, aligning it to our product strategy and our business vision to become Europe’s leading logistics ecosystem
- You’ll identify and scope opportunities to accelerate time-to-market for internal product teams, by scoping and delivering shared platform components
- You’ll own and strategically align merchant-facing reporting, analytics, insights products to business goals and target merchant experience
- You’ll coach and work closely with Senior Product Managers building data and reporting products
- You will define the business and commercial opportunities to deliver exceptional merchant experience through data and platform capabilities.
- You will democratize data across the organization, enabling other teams to access, analyze, make data-informed decisions; to achieve that, you will collaborate with product analysts embedded in multiple functions (product, commercial, operations)
- You will define success metrics for your area, monitor these and understand how they impact our partner experience and business performance over time, driving improvement opportunities with data and insights
- You’ll collaborate with multiple product managers and engineering teams across Zalando to deliver your roadmap
- You'll collaborate with an extended network of internal and external stakeholders to scope, prioritize and solve the most important data product opportunities
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You are an experienced Product Manager from a Data or Platform domain with a technical background
- You have experience of developing B2B (partner-facing) products
- You have experience defining and delivering on a data, reporting and analytics strategy
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to translate technical functionality into relatable features across multiple teams, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independent of organizational boundaries
- You have experience owning the long and medium term vision and development roadmap for products. You have driven products which have a multi-year horizon for realization of the full vision
- You are excited about complex problems, show grit and curiosity at tackling them, while inspiring others
- You know how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to improve it for the benefit of our partners
