Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.
We are looking for a Graphic and Web Designer to create visually compelling graphics and innovative websites. Your role will involve designing websites, brochures, social media graphics, and ad creatives. You will collaborate with our Digital Marketing Strategist, Google Ads Specialist, and Meta Ads Specialist to ensure that all designs align with marketing strategies
Responsibilities:
- Design graphics for websites, brochures, social media, and ads.
- Create ad designs that align with trends and best practices.
- Develop high-quality designs reflecting client brands.
- Design and maintain websites using Shopify, WordPress/Elementor, Webflow, etc.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance and SEO.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance campaigns with creative designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years solid experience in graphic and web design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools (Sketch, Figma).
- Experience with page builders (Shopify, WordPress/Elementor, Webflow).
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to create responsive, user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
