We are looking for a
WinOS & UEM Infrastructure Product Owner who will join out Global Technology and Infrastructure Team to support global solutions at Danone.
You will be a Leader of the team based in Poland servicing the product globally - making our Windows computer systems and endpoint device management infrastructure tools the best they can be from user experience and technical standpoint meeting business needs. You'll be in charge of deciding what we build next and how we get it done. You'll work with people from all parts of the world and our technical /service partners to make sure our products are top-notch. This is a global role, you'll be acting as leader and coordinator of a broader, well-experienced technical team with access to the latest technology as well as AI toolset and high exposure to executives.

- Product Leadership Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap together with broader team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to gather requirements and define product vision
- Agile Execution Lead the development team in an Agile environment, driving sprint planning, reviews, and demos
- Full Product Lifecycle Oversee the entire product journey, from market analysis and concept development to launch and continuous improvement in collaborating with crosfunctional global squads
- Technical Liaison Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders
- Compliance Ensure products are inline to standards, service best practices and regulations.
About You
We're looking for someone who is super organized, gets things done on time, and builds great relationships with others and has a can-do attitude. You're great at making plans and sticking to them. You pay attention to details, making sure everything is done right and by the deadline. You're also good at juggling different tasks, staying focused on what's important, and working well with people across the company.
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Experience 4+ years in product management or a related field (service account management, project management, etc.)
- Technical Knowledge Good understanding and experience with Microsoft solutions & Platforms (Windows, Entra, MS365 suite, Intune, Configuration Manager, etc.)
- Proven Success Track record of managing successful products or teams throughout their lifecycle
- Communication Excellent English communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Nice to have Certifications that proof your expertise with Agile / Project Management/ Microsoft certification / Managed Services Past Experience working within a Managed Services model.
