Job Description:

Our client are looking for CRM Tech Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and customer service. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, having led at least 4 end-to-end CRM implementations.


Key responsibilities include defining solution architecture, creating technical designs, and overseeing development. Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, Dynamics CRM SDK, and SQL Server, and experience deploying solutions on mobile devices is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders independently are required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and customer service design and development
  • Proficient in the technical architecture of Dynamics Sales and customer service
  • Led at least 5 end-to-end implementations of Microsoft D365 Sales and customer service
  • Experience in defining solution architecture and creating functional and technical design documentation for Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Led the design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM end-to-end implementations in a minimum of 4 projects
  • Expertise in designing and developing Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Familiarity with .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, and SQL Server
  • Skilled in designing and deploying Dynamics CRM solutions on handheld devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets)
  • Experience working with Power Platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders independently
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and lead Dynamics CRM solution development
