About Your Role
We are looking for a Team Lead for the Product Analytics team who will be responsible for all the supplied analytics on one of our key projects.
What you’ll be doing
Monitoring key project metrics, reporting if something is wrong
Planning and supervising the analysts` work in sprints
Controlling the artifacts of line analysts = we give the product only verified results
Working with analysts – helping in work, 1-to-1, and feedback, drawing up soft/hard development plans, and monitoring them
Helping the product in the next steps of planning – finding growth points and argumentation
It's good to know that you
Have 3+ years of work as a product analyst
Have experience in managing a team of analysts/leadership/mentoring
Have experience in solving complex problems and implementing projects as an owner independently; you have cases like “we took the idea, studied it, found a lot of insights, brought it to the product, implemented it, and grew up”
Have rich product expertise, understanding of the product economics and metrics
Proactive, wants constantly interact with the product
Want to finish projects, be responsible for the result, drag out projects, and not leave projects halfway
Know SQL, Python, and Tableau perfectly for solving analytical problems
