Job Position:
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans, and processes for complex products or services.
- Design, develop, and support test cases for functional and non-functional domains.
- Identify test scope and set up the test environment, prepare test plans, and track required effort.
- Review test reports and recommend product or design changes.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement testing procedures and strategies.
- Identify product quality risks based on high-level solution architecture.
- Develop trusted relationships with engineering groups and key business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of the testing lifecycle, agile frameworks, and Quality Management techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within a team and collaborate with different teams.
- Customer centricity, innovative thinking, agility, and intercultural sensitivity.
- Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team.
- Project management experience in an engineering/test environment.
- Good understanding of testing, automation testing, performance testing concepts, agile methodology, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to implement automation strategy and guide the team.
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium with Java/Python) at a scripting/coding level.
- Experience in leading multiple testing teams and implementing testing standards and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and metrics.

- Lean certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
- A self-starter, independent thinker, curious and creative person with ambition and passion.

- Advanced Oral English.
