Zoho Developer – CRM Implementations for Mortgage & Financial Services Clients
We're hiring a Zoho developer to execute CRM implementations for mortgage brokers and financial advisory firms in Canada.
The Role:
You'll work with a Canadian workflow solutions provider delivering Zoho CRM implementations for financial services clients. Start with project-based work (15-20 or 30-40 hours/week), deliver 1-2 implementations, then grow into ongoing technical ownership across 3-5 accounts based on delivery quality. Strong performers transition to full-time technical lead roles.
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute Zoho CRM implementations from scoped requirements through deployment
- Build automation with Deluge (lead routing, workflows, API integrations, reporting)
- Migrate data from legacy systems (ETL, validation, cleansing)
- Participate in client calls to gather technical requirements and demo solutions
- Train client teams on system usage
- Document technical specs, code, and user guides
- Own technical delivery quality across multiple client accounts

Required Technical Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM development

- Expert Deluge scripting (code samples required: GitHub or documented examples)
- Advanced system architecture (multi-module: CRM + Creator + Forms + Analytics)
- Data migration experience (ETL processes, validation methodology)
- API integration experience (REST APIs, webhooks, third-party platforms)
Required Client Interaction Skills:
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Participate confidently in client calls

- Professional written communication (specs, documentation, updates)
