If so, the Position as Insights Analyst (m/f/x) – Shop at Tipico may be just the right one for you! The role holder is responsible for monitoring and analysing the development of all Shop business unit. Acting as an internal consultant to the management team, providing number-based insights and supporting in creating and improving KPIs and data related concepts are part of your daily pitch. In this role you contribute to Tipico’s future development by being a crucial link between the management team and the Data tribe.
Your playing field:
- Develop Business Cases: You will collaborate with peers on diverse projects such as retention campaigns, product launches, and operations process optimization.
- Budget Reporting: You will provide actual vs budget reporting to Retail department budget holders and assist them in the budgeting process, including resource planning.
- Data & KPI Management: You will ensure data and KPIs are accessible and tailored to facilitate number-based decision making.
- Standard Reporting: You will build and maintain a comprehensive standard reporting set for all business areas.
- Innovative Data Models: You will support the development of new data models like the “expected Customer Value segmentation.”
- Coaching & Mentorship: You will provide on-the-job support and coaching to less experienced Analysts.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Qualification. You are holding a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Statistics, Mathematics or any related field.
- Experience. You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming industry.
- Tech Stack. You have used SQL, Tableau and Excel in your previous roles, therefore your skills are on an excellent level. Python knowledge is a plus.
- Data. You have a deep understanding of Data and Database (DWH) concepts. Also, you know how to build business cases and how to evaluate them.
- Solution-oriented & hands-on. Even under tough circumstances you consistently strive to achieving your goals.
- Self-motivated & self-driven. You hold yourself accountable to meet commitments and are driven by the desire to further develop.
- Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are desirable but not essential.
