HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Designing and developing high-quality landing pages for clients to improve their conversion rates and drive both retention and new user acquisition
- Efficiently increasing conversion rate by auditing and identifying the low-hanging fruits of client’s website performance
- Innovating & formulating new strategies by researching best practices for conversion rate optimization
- Reduce the cost per acquisition and improve the conversion rate by conducting A/B tests and minimum viable tests on various aspects of the site functionality
- Brainstorming and hypothesizing with the media buying team to make data-driven decisions
- Continuously learning about the latest updates, trends & best practices for CRO
- Ensuring that the work is carried out swiftly and to the highest quality by collaborating with the internal team
WHO YOU ARE
- You have several years of experience working for an eCommerce brand or agency
- You have experience using design tools (i.e. Figma) and landing page builders (i.e. Replo)
- You have a strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem
- You are familiar with different A/B testing tools
- You have a deep understanding of customer psychology and the user journey throughout the funnel
- You have the drive to learn all the time
- You are detail-oriented & love analyzing and tracking data
- You can both work independently and in a team environment
- You are a self-starter and able to motivate yourself without others’ guidance
- You have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have a portfolio of successful landing pages that you’ve designed and built
