The UK's leading business in this category, they are undergoing a big migration project with a strong focus on the CRM and personalisation capability. As such they need to add some design muscle to their CRM team for the next 6 months.

What they need -

• A digital native designer with real strengths in terms of email design for another online retailer
• Someone who understands the nuances of CRM and creating seamless customer journeys through their design output
• A confident collaborator who can work cross-functionally with the wider team (product, UX, design etc)
• Ideally someone who's worked in an ecommerce brand with subscription services
• Someone to start asap and help them elevate their email and digital marketing design and support the overall CRM roadmap

What you're great at -

• Translating brand identity through best-in-class digital marketing collateral
• Designing exceptional email creative, ensuring each customer touchpoint drives brand engagement and customer retention
• Taking customer insights to inform your creative decision making
• Supporting ecommerce brands by creating dynamic emails, banners, social assets and customer journeys
