For our activities at the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) in Germany, we are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Assistant Administrator to work in an exciting innovative international environment.
As the
Assistant Administrator you will support the Head of the Soft Services Section and their team. Your mission is to ensure the smooth planning and coordination of daily operations in line with service contracts. You will assist in managing services, implementing improvements, and supporting the team with various administrative and operational tasks.
As a Land EO Data Exploitation Specialist you will concentrate your activities on the following:
- Assist in managing and coordinating daily soft service activities.
- Support the implementation of new projects and draft necessary documents.
- Help improve working methods and procedures.
- Review current procedures to find better approaches.
- Assist with business development activities.
- Monitor work packages to ensure they meet service contract requirements.
- Collect and report performance data.
- Prepare statistics, reports, and surveys as needed.
- Assist in creating high-level presentations and documents.
- Analyze site occupancy data.
- Perform other related tasks as requested.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business administration or facilities management.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a diverse, international environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Experience with KPI-based contracts and facility management benchmarks.
- Open-minded and proactive in suggesting improvements.
