Responsibilities:
Handle end to end recruitment cycle for front line positions from job posting, screening resumes, arrange & conduct interview, offer negotiation and other logistics arrangement
Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels inlcuding job fairs, recruitment day and other recruitment activities
Responsible onboarding & offboarding employee cycle, system update, compensation & benefit admin., license or work visa application and provide support for relocation etc.
Participate in regular HR exercises
Maintain data in Human Resources Management System and filing system
Plan and arrange company activities and events for enhancing employee relations and engagement
Support the rollouts of global HR & Administration initiatives and projects
Assist in all round office administration and other HR & administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in all-rounded HR function, ideally gained from sizable retail/luxury organization;
Good knowledge in HR practices, employment ordinance & related legal regulatory in HK;
Able to work independently and under pressure and tight deadlines with flexible mind-set and proactive work attitude;
Self-motivated, positive, well-organized and demonstrate as a good team player
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Occasionally travel is needed
