Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Our client, located in Arizona, is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will support enterprise identity solutions, automation initiatives, and access governance across cloud and on-prem environments.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required
• Local to the Phoenix, AZ market strongly preferred
• Open to fully remote candidates within the United States who can work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
• No third-party or Corp-to-Corp submissions

Top Technical Skills

• PowerShell
• Senior-level engineers must demonstrate expert-level scripting ability
• Mid-level engineers must be able to read, troubleshoot, and modify scripts
• Custom scripting and automation (senior level)
• Azure experience, including Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure CLI

• IAM tool integration, administration, and support
• Active Directory and Azure identity configuration
• Compliance alignment and access risk monitoring
