Key Responsibilities
Provide remote employees and managers with guidance and resolutions for day-to-day adhoc queries
Contribute to the development and implementation of key people policies and procedures
Assist in the coaching of line managers at all levels
Provide expert guidance, advice and support to the business on ER issues, influencing key decision makers
Ensure compliance with global employment law and best practices to achieve optimal outcomes in all ER matters
