Job Description: IT Specialist I (Cleared, Remote)

Location: Remote (Must be U.S. based, no relocation)

Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance (or higher). Must be current.

Role:

Provide critical IT support and operations for secure government systems. You will help maintain, troubleshoot, and secure IT infrastructure in a fully remote mission environment.

You Will:

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for classified systems and networks.
• Perform user account management (Active Directory, LDAP) in secure environments.

• Assist with system hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor system health and performance using approved tools.
• Maintain documentation for IT operations and security compliance.
• Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

You Need:

• Active U.S. Secret (or higher) clearance.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
• Foundational experience with:

• Ability to follow detailed security protocols (STIGs, RMF).
