Our client is looking for a highly technical Technical Customer Support Specialist to support an AI-powered audio platform in a fast-growing startup environment.

You’ll troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, integrations, and telephony systems (SIP, Twilio, AI audio tools), debug logs and code (Python, SQL, JavaScript), and translate technical findings into clear solutions for customers and internal teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years in technical customer support (SaaS/high-growth tech, B2B preferred)
- Strong API troubleshooting skills (REST, auth, webhooks, integrations)
- Experience with GCP Logs, SQL, and reading/debugging code (Python required)
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and audio technology
- Fast learner, autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
