We’re hiring a high-caliber AI Full-Stack Developer to build and scale production-grade Generative AI systems for one of a family of five leading international organizations dedicated to supporting and accelerating development in emerging and developing countries.
This role sits at the intersection of GenAI, system design, and real-world impact—ideal for engineers who enjoy shipping meaningful AI solutions, not just prototypes.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end GenAI workflows, from retrieval to generation to delivery
- Build RAG-based systems using embedding models and vector databases
- Transform LLM-generated outputs into structured, high-quality, user-ready documents
- Collaborate across backend and frontend layers to deliver polished product experiences
- Clearly document complex architectures and technical decisions

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in product-based environments with a strong engineering culture
