Senior Marketing Data Analyst

As a Marketing Data Analyst in the Passenger Retention team, your role will be crucial in leveraging data to refine and enhance strategies aimed at retaining passengers through various channels. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, developing insightful reports, and collaborating on marketing campaigns to boost passenger loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed analyses of marketing campaigns and user behavior to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards that summarize findings and inform retention strategies.
• Campaign Support & Optimization: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Use data to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and segmentation strategies to increase passenger retention rates.
• Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with marketing teams to translate business goals into data-driven strategies. Support initiatives that leverage insights to enhance passenger engagement and loyalty.
• Process and Data Integrity: Help maintain the integrity of marketing data through meticulous data management practices. Suggest improvements to data collection and analysis processes to ensure data quality and relevan

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
• Proficient in SQL, Python.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex data analyses and convert insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights in a clear and persuasive manner.
