🚀 Remote Contract Opportunity (US) — Software Engineer (AI + Code Evaluation)
Mercor is looking for experienced Software Engineers to support high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. This is a fully remote, flexible contract where you’ll help improve next-gen AI systems through code validation, prompt refinement, algorithmic evaluation, and benchmarking.

Rate: $50–$150 (based on experience/project scope)

Duration: 1–2 months (may extend/shorten depending on needs & performance)

What you’ll do- Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code
- Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity
- Tag/organize content by topic, difficulty, or language
- Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities
- 2+ years in software engineering / technical research / technical content work
- Degree in CS/Software Eng (Bachelor’s minimum; advanced preferred)
- Strong coding skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++)
- Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code
- Strong attention to detail + comfortable with technical writing
