Role Overview
We are looking for a Full-Stack Application Engineer to build and deliver modern application experiences on the Microsoft stack, from UX design to production deployment.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will take designs from Figma through implementation, integrate workflows and services, and deliver polished user experiences used by operational and research teams.
Healthcare domain experience is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end application experiences from Figma designs to production-ready UI
- Develop front-end components and application logic using Microsoft-centric technologies
- Implement workflow orchestration using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
- Integrate applications into Microsoft Teams, including:
- Tabs and embedded apps
- Notifications and messaging
- Adaptive Cards (as applicable)
- Design and implement API integrations and application service layers
- Collaborate with architects and data engineers to integrate backend services and analytics
- Ensure applications meet usability, performance, and security expectations
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience building full-stack or application-layer solutions
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services
- Hands-on experience implementing workflows and orchestration logic
- Experience integrating applications with APIs and backend services
- Strong understanding of UI/UX implementation, not just design consumption
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating applications into Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and event-driven architectures
- Experience working with designers using Figma
- Exposure to healthcare, research, or regulated enterprise environments
