We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, process improvement, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving business problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making
- Assist with project planning, scoping, and solution evaluation
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for product, data, and engineering teams
- Conduct market, product, or operational research as needed
- Support testing activities, including UAT coordination and documentation
- Maintain process maps, documentation, and knowledge repositories
