IT User Support Specialist in BULGARIA

For our client - an American company specialised in intelligent automation software that helps various businesses, we are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone and desk support for all software programs, applications, and hardware.
• Build and upgrade PCs; set up new users with network access.
• Resolve issues related to viruses, email, security, connectivity, and computer performance.
• Manage departmental helpdesk processes and standards.
• Ensure continuity of computer services throughout the company.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
• Provide support for peripheral devices, including iPhones/Android devices, printers, and Lenovo/Dell hardware.
• Configure and manage Intune for device management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Office 365.
• Skilled in PC hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of peripheral devices such as iPhones/Android devices, printers, and Lenovo/Dell hardware.
• Experience with Intune configuration and management.
• Familiarity with Mac and Linux operating systems is beneficial.
• Understanding of telecommunication systems, including telephony and mobile devices.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• In-depth PC hardware installation and troubleshooting techniques.
• A college degree with a technical training background; A+ certification, MCP, or equivalent certification.
• Excellent end-user communication skills.
