Senior Frontend Architect - Healthcare AI

ThakaaMed is Saudi Arabia's leading healthcare AI company. We build AI-powered diagnostics that put advanced medical imaging analysis directly into the hands of clinicians.

You will own the entire frontend ecosystem for our IQ Platform, the AI diagnostic suite transforming healthcare across KSA and MENA.

What You Will Build:

•       Real-time dental charting that updates as AI detects pathologies in X-rays

•       DICOM image viewers with annotation tools and AI prediction overlays

•       Multi-tenant design systems serving different healthcare specialties

•       Offline-capable PWAs for clinics with unreliable connectivity

•       Real-time collaboration where multiple clinicians review cases simultaneously

•       React 18+ / Next.js 14+ (App Router, Server Components)

•       TypeScript (generics, conditional types, advanced patterns)

•       TanStack Query, Zustand, optimistic updates

•       FHIR R4, DICOM web viewers, real-time AI inference

•       Storybook documentation and scalable component patterns

Phase 1: Remote from Poland (3-6 months)

•       Build the foundation, establish architecture, document patterns

•       Work hours: 9 AM - 10 PM Saudi time (7 AM - 8 PM Poland time)

•       Daily syncs with CTO and product team

Phase 2: Relocation to Riyadh (6-12 months target)

•       Full relocation package: Visa sponsorship (Iqama) for you and family

•       Housing allowance or company accommodation

•       Annual home visit flights (2x per year)

•       Health insurance and relocation bonus

Must Have:

•       React (7+ years in production) - deep rendering/reconciliation understanding, hooks mastery

•       Next.js (3+ years production) - App Router, server vs client components, caching strategies

•       TypeScript mastery - generics, conditional types, type-safe APIs

•       API Integration - REST/GraphQL, WebSockets, SSE, OAuth, JWT

•       Expert JavaScript, deep CSS, accessibility (ARIA, keyboard navigation)

•       Fluent English, experience with distributed teams

Nice to Have:

•       Healthcare tech: HL7, FHIR, DICOM, clinical workflows

•       Medical imaging: Cornerstone.js, OHIF Viewer

•       Data visualization: D3.js, Recharts

•       Animation: Framer Motion, GSAP

•       Arabic/RTL experience

Remote (Poland): EUR 1,750 - 2,200/month net

Riyadh (after relocation): +35-40% increase, TAX-FREE
