We’re now looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, visually impressive digital experiences from responsive websites to branding assets, for global enterprise clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while growing your skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking agency.

This is a hybrid working position, requiring occasional visits to our client locations, while offering you the flexibility of working remotely.

You will:

• Design responsive, user-centred websites, web apps, and digital assets
• Turn briefs, wireframes, and discovery insights into high-fidelity visuals
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers throughout the design and development process
• Present design ideas to clients and refine based on feedback
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Contribute to campaign materials like email templates, social graphics, and digital ads
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and accessibility standards

Key Requirements:

Essential

• 2–4 years' experience as a Digital or UX/UI Designer in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web, UI, and brand design work
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for dev-friendly design handoff
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration

Desirable

• Experience designing for CMS platforms (e.g. Kontent.ai, Kentico, Sanity)
• Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Skills in motion design, illustration, or animation (e.g. After Effects, Lottie)
• Familiarity with usability testing or prototyping tools (e.g. InVision)
