System Engineer in BRAZIL

About the role

We are looking for a System Expert to join the global team to join the global team and work from any location in LATAM fully remote. You will oversee projects from post-sale through delivery, taking charge of technical aspects. You will map clients’ processes, gather requirements, and design the solution. You will also manage the implementation and development phase, ensuring project stability, and facilitating delivery to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) team. This role requires solution design, implementation ownership, training, and collaboration with developers and CSM.

You Will

• Manage the project lifecycle from post-sale to delivery ensuring effective technical management.
• Build and develop projects to meet customer requirements and business goals.
• Manage implementation, coordinating resources for smooth deployment.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure customers understand the solution.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to meet technical requirements.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, sharing updates on progress and difficulties.
• Work closely with development, operations, and support teams to align system infrastructure with business needs and project requirements.
• Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in system administration, system engineering, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in building and delivering customer-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and goals.
• Proven experience designing and managing scalable system architectures.
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Agriculture, Food and Sustainability, or related fields.
