Job Description:

Under minimal direction of the assignment supervisor and subject matter experts, this assignment is responsible for developing and executing manual functional tests for new or modified applications/systems in collaboration with other cross functional team members. To ensure the successful delivery of the ELMS Ascend project, client has a contingent need for a dedicated Front-End QA Analyst. This project involves extensive front-end development, with multiple developers from both the Guidewire and Litify teams actively delivering enhancements. The integration between Guidewire ClaimCenter and the Litify application is complex and requires thorough validation to ensure functionality, performance, and a seamless user experience.

Experience:

• 10+ years of enterprise-level Quality Assurance experience testing complex, web-based applications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms including ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter
• 3+ years of experience testing system integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP) across enterprise environments
  
  

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Lead and execute end-to-end QA testing for integrations between Guidewire and Litify/Salesforce platforms
• Perform manual functional, regression, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases
• Validate backend data using advanced SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and execute test cases for API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and integration teams to ensure requirements are met and edge cases are addressed
• Apply deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance claims workflows and business processes during test planning and execution
• Identify defects, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution and re-testing
• Provide QA leadership, mentor junior testers, and promote best practices across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including test process optimization and automation opportunities

• Exposure to test automation frameworks and CI/CD environments
• Experience working in large, integrated enterprise ecosystems
