About the role:


The HR Operations Specialists will assist the HR Manager and the Head of Operations in writing resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile for candidates as well as source roles on behave of candidates.


Roles And Responsibilities

  • Research and write professional resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile for junior, mid-level and senior level professionals (40%)
  • Research job market trends, salary level and core skills required for a role (10%)
  • Source and select high-quality roles that match client’s profile and skillset from job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed or company’s career page (20%)
  • Prepare applications on behave on clients (20%)
  • Prepare a dashboard with all information (skillset, roles applied, salary level, industry etc.) (10%)


Requirements:

  • Proficient in business copywriting: Ability to craft professional business copy for resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters with a business-appropriate tone.
  • Strong analytical skills: Capable of comprehending clients' profiles, skillsets, and career goals to provide effective assistance in career planning and job hunting activities.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools: Knowledgeable about and adept at using AI writing tools as a supplementary resource.
  • Target role selection: Competent in identifying and selecting in-target roles that align with the client's skill set, providing clear explanations for their suitability.
  • ATS understanding: Knowledgeable about Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and skilled in optimizing resumes and job applications to successfully navigate these systems.
  • English proficiency: B2, C1 level, or native proficiency in English.


Nice to Have:

  • Tech recruitment understanding: Familiarity with tech recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • Copywriting or tech recruitment experience: Preferably possessing 1+ years of experience as a copywriter or in tech recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for: product managers, marketing managers, software engineering and sales roles.
