Job Description:

Senior-level role responsible for leading identity and access management operations, including provisioning and de-provisioning user access across enterprise systems and applications. Ensures compliance with security policies, supports cybersecurity initiatives, performs audits, mitigates risks, and leads account management projects. Acts as a subject-matter expert for access controls, security compliance, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user access provisioning/de-provisioning across applications, servers, and platforms.
• Enforce security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Perform security audits, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, awareness training, and compliance audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on security-related matters.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and documentation updates.
  
  

Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years in IT Security, Identity & Access Management, or related roles
• Strong experience in access control, security operations, auditing, and compliance
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
