As a Customer Success Manager at ColdIQ, youโ€™ll be responsible for campaign and client management, sales/marketing, and cold email lead generation. This full-time contract position can be based in Barcelona or fully remote. We offer the opportunity to work with businesses worldwide and to help grow a business from the start.


About ColdIQ ๐Ÿง 

ColdIQ is a B2B Lead Generation Agency that generates leads for its clients using the latest AI Sales Tech. We prioritize long-term partnerships and strive to create a streamlined system that enables every team member to excel. Founded in February 2023, we are currently a team of 11. ColdIQ has two sides of the business:

  1. The ColdIQ website, where we list and compare all the best sales tools on the market. We also regularly write content about these tools and have a cohort-based course where we teach people how to use these tools to supercharge their outbound strategies.
  2. An outbound agency, where we consult and implement sales systems for our clients.

What We're Looking For ๐Ÿ”Ž

As a Customer Success Manager, your mission should be building deep, trusting, and long-term client relationships. Youโ€™ll

  1. Design creative and effective cold email campaigns to convert prospects into leads
  2. Continually optimize campaigns to ensure lasting results.
  3. Update clients on the results of their campaigns
  4. Teach potential clients about what ColdIQ can do via LinkedIn posts and engagement

We expect to hire A-players to the team who are ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle a variety of responsibilities at the company. Some of our CSMs have gone on to lead teams, head up sales functions, write newsletters, and even film content for our AI in Sales course. As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities include ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
  • Building deep and lasting client relationships:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication and ensuring high responsiveness.
  • Leading weekly check-ins to provide updates, gather feedback, and brainstorm growth strategies.
  • Understanding clientsโ€™ businesses and meeting their lead generation expectations.
  • Ability to communicate both positive and negative news to clients and effectively troubleshoot solutions
  • Ensuring timely delivery of services and proactively identifying and resolving any issues. Creating a referral culture where satisfied clients are eager to share their positive experiences
  • Developing effective cold email strategies:
  • Understanding the target audience and segmenting it effectively.
  • Crafting compelling and concise email copy that captures attention and encourages action.
  • Ensuring emails meet inboxing criteria to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam filters.
  • Following industry best practices for deliverability and compliance.
  • Continually optimizing campaigns for lasting performance.
  • Monitoring campaign analytics to ensure optimal deliverability and engagement.
  • A/B testing email variations to determine the best approach.
  • Refreshing email content to avoid recipient fatigue.
  • Analyzing campaign responses to refine audience targeting.
  • Generating new strategies based on insights to keep campaigns fresh and compelling.
  • Developing the ColdIQ brand
  • We want all ColdIQ employees to be content creators. This means that everyone at ColdIQ writes content on LinkedIn at least once per week. We will help you get started, but this is something we expect every team member to own.
