Full Stack Developer (Fintech)

The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Developer, you will join an international development team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable financial applications. You will work across the stack, contribute to new feature development, and help evolve a large, production-grade codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications used by a large global user base
• Implement new financial tools and platform features end-to-end
• Collaborate with distributed teams on shared codebases and architecture decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong JavaScript expertise – primary language for building full web applications
• Strong PHP experience, with deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Solid Java experience for backend services, integrations, or system components
• Front-end development skills including HTML, CSS (Sass), and DOM manipulation
• Experience working with Git in a collaborative, multi-developer environment

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience with MVC architecture and full-stack development principles
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python, C++, or Go, and the ability to select the right tool for a given problem
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux command-line environments
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker and virtualization technologies
