Developing/deploying/maintaining automotive backend microservices based on Java Spring or Kotlin and powered Angular;
Working in the context of automotive, you will use DevOps principles to create, test and deploy backend solutions as well as internal tools using modern cloud infrastructure;
Contributing to tech and architecture decisions;
Contributing with your team and other teams on all questions around backend and tool development in an automotive environment;
Working together with the team defining architecture
Building and effective team by providing clear guidance about the work as well as attracting, managing and developing people.
Be responsible for all the processes for your diretc reports such as onboarding, peformance management and continuous feedback.
Mentoring and engaging the team members towards team goals and timelines.
Supporting junior members of the team and support in the assessment of candidate technical skills.
Nurturing a positive environment to keep people hopeful, optimistic and intrinsically motivated and gives the team ownership and exposure.
Managing relationship and expectations of Germany team
Participating on tech unit/company projects/working groups
In order to success, you'll need
Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable job expertise;
Proven experience managing people
Proven experience working in implementation of software solutions in an international context;
Experience with Spring Boot / Java framework and Angular;
Strong knowledge with backend development with focus on RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture and integration
You are willing to work in a multicultural, interdisciplinary balanced product team.
Good English skills, both written and spoken;
