Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to support the Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) Program Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and governance of the PM TCE Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, TEAMS, Power Platform, and related tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal acquisition environments and a strong understanding of secure, collaborative information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive, Outlook, Power BI).
- Design and maintain SharePoint-based program management and correspondence tracking solutions.
- Ensure standardization, security, compliance, and governance across the M365 ecosystem.
- Maintain the PM TCE website and deliver custom SharePoint/Power Platform solutions.
- Manage permissions, access control, auditing, performance, and storage.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance artifacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements aligned with Marine Corps, MCSC, and DoD policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365.
- Proven experience supporting DoD or federal acquisition programs.
- Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and information assurance policies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and meet MCEN access requirements.
- Expert in SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Strong SharePoint architecture and governance knowledge.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XSLT.
- Integration experience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, MS Access.
- Proficient in Active Directory permissions, DoD Records Management, and CUI handling.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work independently in secure environments.
