About your role
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will help us define and drive Performance reviews accordingly to the company stage and needs together with the best tech solution to drive these exercise along the year and on real time so that our Baubapians adopt this processes on their daily activities.
You will be responsable for creating the learning strategies and learning experience towards a scalable business environment helping our Baubapians on their personal development and career readiness so they grow at the same time as the business does.
You will develop and create courses and learning routes from scratch as well as all the content curation needed from our managers and Individual contributors to deliver their projects at its best.
Finally you will manage a new LMS system together with data, dashboards and all the analytics to guarantee Baubap is growing and developing in the skills we all need to thrive in our roles and the business needs.
As Learning and Performance Manager, these are the challenges that you will help us:
- Design and implement Performance Reviews: Create the fundamentals concepts and logistics of the Baubap's performance cycle considering the different team needs and way of work seeking for more productivity and results.
- Implement a performance platform: that helps with async performance tracking as well as an LMS that meets Baubap's expectations towards career readiness and business growth
- Learning & Development plans: Define and implement learning paths and learning experiences for our Baubapian's journey and engagement expectations.
- Data-driven decision maker: Use HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and continuously improve processes and policies.
- Upgrade Our Current Processes: Ensure they are as efficient and automated as possible.
- Scale the business: Set Baubapian's for success under regulatory Fintech environment.
Day to day
- Map Baubapian's skills and design plans for their developent.
- Design courses, workshops and their content as well as the facilitation of their modules and learning tracks.
- Partner with internal and external learning stakeholders to guarantee the best learning experience for Baubap.
- Manage training Budget guaranteeing equity within the teams and specially tracking their skill development.
- Manage LMS and Performance platforms by the time you bring analytics and learning and performance data to the business.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience working developing performance reviews
- With experience in designing courses (instructional design) and workshops as well as their facilitation
- Financial services or Fintech experience is a must
- Understanding Financial regulations related to financial instruments such as investment, loans, credit, etc…
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; (English and Spanish)
- Startup experience
- Tech-savvy (authoring tools, LMS, slack, notion, Gsuite, HRIS, excel proficient)
- Attention to detail
