We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join a dynamic global team, supporting the delivery of modern CMS-based digital solutions (Adobe AEM and similar platforms). You will play a key role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and driving successful digital implementations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead discovery, solutioning, and inception phases for CMS initiatives
- Translate high-level business needs into epics, user stories, and detailed requirements
- Work closely with product, UX, and development teams in an agile environment
- Support delivery of scalable, user-focused digital platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on CMS-based solutions (Adobe AEM preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, self-driven professional comfortable working independently
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration with UX/design teams
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural setup
