About the role

We’re seeking a Global Manager of Business Analytics to lead a high‑performing team of Data Analysts supporting the Datacenter Physical Security Operations program for a complex, multi‑$100M global client account. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll set the analytics vision, coach and develop analysts, and drive a unified data strategy that turns diverse regional datasets into actionable, executive‑ready insights. You’ll manage a portfolio of reporting initiatives, standardize data models and governance across regions, and ensure extra‑regional awareness of initiatives so best practices and learnings travel quickly.

Success looks like consistent delivery of trusted Power BI/Excel dashboards, clear storytelling for internal and client stakeholders (including executive audiences), and measurable improvements to decision quality, operational KPIs, and reporting cycle time. Because the team and partners span multiple time zones, flexible working hours are essential. The role collaborates closely with the Global Manager, Business Analytics to align development opportunities, standards, and roadmap priorities; and it operates with a service‑oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.

What you’ll do

This role is responsible for leading a team of regional analysts across EMEA, AMER, and APAC to drive global consistency and innovation in data analytics. You will identify synergies across regions, align key metrics and datasets, and elevate analytics capabilities from descriptive to predictive insights. The position partners closely with global analytics and automation teams to standardize processes, enhance data quality, and implement advanced analytical models that inform strategic decisions. You will guide the team in developing scalable solutions, fostering collaboration, and ensuring timely, actionable insights that support business objectives. This role emphasizes thought leadership, continuous improvement, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful narratives for stakeholders worldwide.

What you need to apply

The ideal candidate for the Global Manager of Business Analytics position holds a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field and brings 5 to 10 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, including proven success in leading distributed teams. The successful candidate demonstrates advanced technical expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, warehousing, and visualization, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Azure Data Services. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is desirable. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to foster collaboration, drive automation, and streamline reporting processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills are critical for influencing senior stakeholders and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role demands adaptability, organizational strength, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position involves travel (approximately 5-10% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) is essential. This role may also have to work nights and weekends to support high priority events and off-hours incidents. What you’ll get

We believe great work deserves great rewards—and we’re committed to staying competitive. This role offers a base salary of $125,000 to $145,000. That range is based on the Greater Seattle Area and may flex depending on your experience and location.
