Our client is developing an innovative generative AI music platform that targets businesses aiming to produce content for their social media posts, marketing materials, and more. The platform will enable users to generate instrumental music by entering text prompts, customize track lengths, crop music tracks, and download the generated music. We are seeking a talented Deep Learning Engineer to join the dynamic team and help bring this exciting project to life.
Position Overview
Our Client is looking for an experienced Deep Learning Engineer who will be responsible for fine tuning open source music generation models that will serve as the engine to the platform. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in generative AI, a foundational understanding of music theory and have experience with deploying deep learning applications to cloud environments. Deep Learning Engineer will collaborate closely with the team product managers, designers, and other AI/ML engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune on open-source models for music generation
- Implement and optimize algorithms for audio customization features (genre selection, duration changes, adding instruments)
- Manage and preprocess custom royalty-free audio datasets for model training
- Contribute to the integration of image and video to audio conversion using open-source models
- Collaborate with the full-stack developer and DevOps engineer to ensure seamless deployment and integration of models.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning and 4+ years of experience in using Generative AI models
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong background in deep learning, neural networks, and generative models
- Experience with generative AI techniques, such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and autoregressive models
- Proficiency in data processing and management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly GCP for model training
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Foundational understanding of music theory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Audiocraft or similar models
- Knowledge of audio processing and music customization features
- 6+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning
- Understanding of MLOps practices and tools
- 4+ years of experience in using Generative AI models
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
