Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

Responsibilities

• Participate in supporting and developing the custom fork of the Erigon blockchain node.
• Communicate with customers to understand and address their needs.
• Maintain and improve the codebase, ensuring it stays up to date with the upstream version of the Erigon node.
• Participate in the hiring process to expand the team with mid-level engineers and a DevOps engineer.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team of experienced engineers.
• Improve the architecture and ensure the high performance and security of the blockchain network.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with ZK (Zero-Knowledge) technologies and scalability solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Go developer with a strong background in blockchain technology.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, cryptography, and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Interest in and knowledge of ZK technologies and scalability solutions.

Soft Skills

• High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.
