Role Description This is a part-time to full-time remote role for a Facebook Ads Expert. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing effective Facebook advertising campaigns for a range of clients. They will be required to develop campaigns that produce results, track and analyse campaign performance, and provide regular reports. They will also be required to stay up-to-date on current Facebook advertising trends and best practices and make informed recommendations to clients. Everything from Ad creations, building audiences, bidding management, ongoing optimization and score Management to videos and reporting Qualifications Proven experience in creating, managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns for a range of clients Ability to develop advertising strategies that drive results and meet specific client objectives Expertise in analysing and interpreting campaign data to provide optimizations and recommendations Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints. Ad Creation and Optimization: Create compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) that resonate with the target audience. Optimize ad performance by conducting A/B testing, adjusting targeting parameters, and refining ad placements. Monitor ad budgets and ensure efficient spending. Audience Targeting Utilize Facebook’s audience segmentation tools to identify and reach relevant user segments. Implement custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting. Continuously refine audience targeting based on performance data. Conversion Tracking and Measurement: Set up and manage Facebook Pixel for accurate conversion tracking. Analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights. Monitor funnel progression and optimize for conversions. Remarketing and Retargeting: Sound knowledge of Facebook advertising best practices, industry trends, and new tools and technologies in the field Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to report to clients Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a dynamic team Strong attention to detail and time management skills to adhere to deadlines and budgets Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field ideally but experience comes first Experience in Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing is a plus
