Network Security Analyst

Position: Network Security Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Full-time

We are looking between 4 to 6 people in with the below qual.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in network security.
• Certified expertise in Palo Alto Networks, F5
• Experience with regulated utilities is a plus
• Experience working with Network/Security Operations Center
• Familiar with security standards such as NIST 800-53 and NERC CIP
• fluent in English
• Must be a US Citizen
• Candidate must be located in the US

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring network and system health (uptime, latency, packet loss)
• Alert triage (deciding what’s critical vs noise)
• Incident response (outages, performance degradation)
• Basic troubleshooting (connectivity, VPN issues, firewall blocks)
• Escalation to L2/L3 engineers or vendors when needed
• Change monitoring during upgrades or maintenance windows
• Reporting on SLAs, uptime, and incidents
