Position: Hardware Engineer
Salary Range: VND 20 mil
Location: Hai Duong
Responsibilities
Role Summary
- Responsible for delivering technical helpdesk support to end users.
- Perform system administration and daily IT operations, including handling support tickets, monitoring network devices, providing server and workstation support, and managing data backups.
- Oversee assigned IT operational and administrative activities.
- Provide first-level helpdesk support and technical solutions to users.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal support teams on assigned tasks.
- Monitor and assess overall system performance, ensuring continuous improvement in stability and efficiency.
- Deliver comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for network connectivity, VC/Zoom platforms, Office applications, servers, virtual machines, laptops, and desktops.
- Monitor the condition of IT servers and equipment, identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Administer network, firewall, servers, PCs, and VPN configurations.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and software updates.
- Perform regular data backups, system restores, preventive maintenance, and incident logging.
- Manage IT inventory, asset records, warranty tracking, maintenance schedules, and service subscriptions.
- Handle IT procurement, replacement of outdated or faulty equipment, and relocation of devices; evaluate new IT products and solutions to support modern service delivery.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
- Support ad-hoc IT projects as assigned.
- Demonstrate understanding of ISO 27001 requirements and PABX systems (Avaya IP Office preferred).
- College degree or higher in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in network and server administration.
- Proficient in English or Chinese communication.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills in LAN/WAN, server, and Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, Exchange Server, ISA Proxy Server, Windows Server, and related IT technologies.
- Familiarity with PABX telephone systems; experience with Nortel PABX is an advantage.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday(8:00 AM 5:00 PM) & 2 Saturday per month.
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
