The Job


This position is appropriate for an IT professional who can execute Cloud-based IT implementation projects for our clients. Platforms you might work with include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Intune, Okta, KnowBe4, and many others.


The job requires collaborating closely with our USA-based clients to scope projects, write proposals, and implement projects.


While we take our work seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. You'll need to employ creative problem-solving and amazing Googling abilities, often while the metaphorical balls are dropping. But don't worry, you won't be going it alone - our team has each other's backs.


The Ideal Candidate


  • English fluency required with very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 10 years of IT support experience across diverse environments
  • MSP work experience is a plus
  • Technical skills most desired (not required): Cloud SaaS/PaaS administration, Google Workspace administration, MS365 administration, MDM administration

  • Ability to work during our standard business hours (8:30 am - 5 pm Pacific)
  • Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet
  • The heroic ability to save the day while working independently
  • Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
