Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Manager to join our team in Stafford, TX. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational processes, manage project timelines, manage crew and our vehicle fleet, and ensure team coordination across departments. Responsibilities include reconciling time sheets, managing our project schedule, updating inventory, managing DOT compliance, supervising operational teams, and liaising with clients and Project Managers to meet project requirements. This role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, fostering continuous improvement, and upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Operational leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (mainly Outlook, Word, & Excel) and computer literacy in general
- Experience in workspace planning, office relocation, and workplace furniture integration
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience also considered
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
