Our team is fully remote and distributed across 30+ countries around the world. For this role, we are looking for someone located anywhere in the EMEA or APAC timezone.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to work on our flagship product, Nansen 2. As part of our Product team, you will bring passion for your craft, a strong attention to detail, and an enthusiasm to elevate our UX and visual language.
We are looking for someone who can work on complex features and turn them into simple and delightful experiences for our users. You will have the opportunity to influence the future of our product through future-facing design concepts, while also being able to zoom into the finer executional details.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to transform complex user stories and product requirements into simple, user-friendly and delightful interfaces
Lead user research initiatives and usability testing to collect insights that inform design decisions and product enhancements
Utilise interactive prototypes and motion studies to foster alignment and visualise a way forward
Work hand-in-hand with Engineers to ensure the flawless execution of your designs, providing comprehensive documentation throughout the process
Help elevate and expand our visual language and design system, bringing consistency between our website and product surfaces
Find new and innovative ways to visualise data and for our users interact with it
Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance your design process
Requirements
Previous experience in a product design role
A portfolio of work that demonstrates strong UX & UI Design skills, as well as a taste for modern product aesthetics
Experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to confidently present your ideas to internal and external stakeholders, extract actionable feedback and utilise it to evolve your work
An interest in the crypto and web3 space. Prior experience in the industry is a plus but not mandatory
